If you do, you’ll recall I used a smaller pan than usual (I still need to buy a new 9 x 13 baking pan*).  What I didn’t tell y’all was that there was leftover cookie dough.  What to do…what to do?

I debated just eating it raw.  (I know the danger of salmonella, yet throw caution to the wind; DANGER GRANDMA!)  Then, I reconsidered and baked them as intended…into cookies.

Basically, all that’s missing is the graham cracker crust and the fudgy center.  These cookies have chocolate chips and toffee chips.  NOM!

Swing over to Mel’s for the recipe.  But don’t tell her I sent ya.  Soooo, embarrassing…

    I think you’re teasing us. You really can get diabetes just from looking. These look yummy! Of course you couldn’t throw the cookie dough away.

      We have one lone cookie left in the freezer. I keep wondering when our politeness is gonna wane and the cookie will disappear.
