If you do, you’ll recall I used a smaller pan than usual (I still need to buy a new 9 x 13 baking pan*). What I didn’t tell y’all was that there was leftover cookie dough. What to do…what to do?
I debated just eating it raw. (I know the danger of salmonella, yet throw caution to the wind; DANGER GRANDMA!) Then, I reconsidered and baked them as intended…into cookies.

Basically, all that’s missing is the graham cracker crust and the fudgy center. These cookies have chocolate chips and toffee chips. NOM!
