I grow Meyer lemon trees (bushes) and when the lemons ripen in the fall, it’s time to juice those babies, so as not to waste one delicious, sun-drenched drop.
Have I ever mentioned how Garry HATES to juice lemons, even though he covets that delicious Meyer goodness? Well, consider yourself notified: he HATES it.

Enter the Jarware juicer that I slipped in his Christmas stocking as a kinda joke. The “kinda” part was I really hoped the thing would work, but it seemed too simplistic. The inexpensive pricing convinced me I had little to lose.
The juicer fits a wide mouth Mason (canning) jar and catches the seeds, while letting the glorious juice flow into the jar. The inner ring is easily cleaned and is dishwasher safe.
Doesn’t look like much, does it? I’m here to testify that this little beauty is a powerhouse juicer. A few twists, and the lemon is properly juiced, with no seeds floating around, dodging your best efforts to extricate them from the juice.
It’s an inexpensive product WIN!
After we juice a few lemons, we either pour the lovely liquid into a container that is stored in the fridge for immediate use, or into ice cube trays, to freeze for future use.
When Garry pulled this out of his stocking on Christmas morning, he was dubious, but after his first use, he loves this product. Husband approved!
There’s nothing fresher! “Easy. Affordable. Practical. Fun.” Jar ware offers fun, innovative accessories to repurpose your mason jars. With a wide variety of uniquely functional lids, you can truly transform your jars into something “re-YOU-sable”.
Along with the juicer, I’m including a few other fun products below from the Jarware line.
Happy Juicing, my babies!
