How To Find a Yoga Video For Back Pain

Anyone struggling with back pain?

Anyone try yoga videos, only to be disappointed?

~raises hand~

MEMEMEMEMEME!

My history of searching for relief:

I’ve used lacrosse balls for relief (love me some lacrosse balls).

I’ve used chair cushions for relief (I sit a large portion of the day).

I’ve tried using a weirdo ball chair.

I’ve tried new stretches, heat therapy, Airrosti and begging my body to STRAIGHTEN UP!

Some tactics have done better than others, but mostly I chase the pain.

A friend (many friends over the years) have suggested yoga for my back pain.

I’ve taken classes, I’ve done videos and I’d pretty much given up on yoga being anything but awkward.

Until recently, when a friend suggested Yoga with Adrian- which brings me back to my headline: How To Find a Yoga Video For Back Pain

How?

Follow this gal. She’s magic!

I had never heard of her before, but her videos have been a revelation for my pain – and I’m hoping for yours too.

I started with this one:

After three days of watching and yoga-ing, I was 85% pain-free!

Her videos helped so much that I am no longer taking OTC pain meds.

If that ain’t a stunning recommendation, I don’t know what is.

I’ve been taking it slow.

I’ve also done this one:

It was a little bendier (what? not a yoga phrase?! well, it should be!)

I have subscribed to Adrian’s YouTube channel (ADRIAAAAAN!!! ~said in my best Rocky voice) and suggest you do too, if you are suffering from back pain.

She’s completely fun to watch. She knows what she’s doing, but most of all, she made yoga doable for me – and now for you!

BONUS: Garry says her silliness reminds him of me! You come her cause, in some part, you love my silliness – ADMIT IT!

Give her a try and let me know what you think.

Happy pain-free back to you!

Thanks for sharing! I've already subscribed to Adrian's channel and looking forward to giving this a try. My lower back is riddled with arthritis, so I'm willing to try anything. I also have sciatic flare-ups from time-to-time, and I see that she also has a video addressing that issue.

Good luck in your continued progress toward "pain-free" living! Carol
